APEC 2011 Opportunity Series

This 9-part seminar series kicks off Thursday with a focus on market opportunities in Japan and South Korea. In anticipation of the APEC 2011 conference being held in Honolulu this November, the series will cover each of the 21 member-economies of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

This first seminar on Japan and South Korea takes place Thursday, July 28, 2011 from 2-4pm at the Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone 9 (Honolulu), 2nd floor, main conference room. Expert speakers include Mark O’Grady of the U.S. Embassy, Seoul; and Yuri Arthur, Japan Specialist from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Export University

This 2-day training seminar on Maui will give Hawaii business owners a good foundation in the export trade process, and will help them come up with a global strategy for their business. Topics to be covered include:
